In the near future when this becomes illegal, they cannot charge me for this. |

37a is the most swearing I have done in a long time. I must apologize. I was was a bit cranked up. But whatever. This is just an update on my time in MW2, nothing more. Enjoy

Tue, 1 December 2009
I have spent the last 3 months as a peanut barker at the Texas Ren Faire. That is why it has been so long since my last podcast. Alpha Ant comes on D&V for a chat, and MW2. You knew there was going to be a MW2 segment.

What can I say that hasnt already been said be people saying things about stuff that needs or does not need to be said....We both like soup.
The review of the Champions online beta is the meat of this podcast. Other than that it is just a big waste of your time. contact us at despairandvideogames69@yahoo.com |

This is not a wow bashing cast. This is for people that are on the fence and thinking about the time they spend in WOW, and is it fun anymore? Am I addicted and need my methadone, or patch, or gum. Well I am here to guide you to your answer. Will you stay in WOW until the next big thing comes up that all your firends go to? Will you spend your time trying other games, finding fun out side of WOW? Videogames are suppose to be fun. This podcast may either strengthen your resolve to stay in WOW, or help you see and remember the massive world of videogames of your choosing. But please do not expect any big production value on my part, haha like I ever have. You are listeneing to stock interviews that have only been editted to reduce time. I apologize for any wierd cuts, but I am sure you have come to expect that from me by now. www.Despairandvideogames69@yahoo.com Priest |

This week harkens back to the old days of D&V, including very little production value and horrible sound quality. Yay! for horrible quality. The world needs more poorly put together podcasts. We discuss the current state of WoW in regards to...me. We take a good look at LOTRO. Other than that it is just more stupid ramblings and inane comments.
You can reach us/me....hahah there is no "us" at: |

Consider this 34 and 1/2. Zombiehead is starting up a new podcast that lets other gaming podcasters come on and talk about their show. Listen to my interview with him to get a better idea of his upcoming podcast. It is shaping up to be a cool listen.

Well we are back, like jock itch and atheltes foot, we just keep coming back to annoy and leave a rash on the face of respectable podcasts. This week/month/year we have an interview with David from The Grind podcast. We talk more world of warcraft and other useless nonsense that only add to the low quality of this substandard podcast. Better late then never, or better late then ever in the case of this podcast. Reach us at despairandvideogames69@yahoo.com and follow the daily tweet on twitter at priest69. I promise not to bog down your twitter with 50 stupid tweets an hour about the exciting process of putting on my pants or how the application of a new tooth paste to my daily regime has improved the overall quality of living, and go to youtube to see me brush my teeth. Oi vay.

We finally have some class on this podcast. Despair and Videogames #33 contains our first "real" interview with Ashayo, co-host of Ctrl-Alt Wow. His reputation might be permanently tainted now, but whaddyagonnado. This is my longest podcast ever, so I had to condense it to a lower sound quality, which for my podcast means terrible things. Like bowling gerbils on a sandpaper lane, this podcast is yet another blight on the low brow humor funny bone. If wasn't for the interview, #33 would be completely devoid of substance. But too much substance just leads to substance abuse anyways.

I have just realized at the end of my podcast that #32 is the 3 year anniversary of my podcast. Wow 3 years of the same old crap. I would have done something special, but I am too lazy. Ask Santa if you want something special. We have more wow talk and the lament of Jack. Insert some stupidity and you have #32. Always looking for listener submissions, don't be scared and send in your emails and mp3's and wav files. |
Tue, 14 October 2008
Don' even bother downloading this podcast. It is by far the worst one yet. There is quite literally no useful information at all in #31. So if you want to rot your brain with potty humor, complaining, and adult angst, by all means go ahead and down load it. The only thing I can say is that I still have not sold out to commercials or shameless pimping of hardware and internet sites. I may have the most immature podcast on the net, but at least it still has a soul that hasn't been soiled by shameless product promotions. See all the angst at Despair and Videogames.

Well I got it out. Using electrical tape and an oversized elastic hair band, I have put together podcast #27 Whoop Ed Dee Do. Check out the amazing sound quality(hehe). I go over more things than my memory can contain. Let's just say that this podcast deals with despair and videogames. I trash Texas again, because it is deserving and rant about other things that will probably offend most of you, especially the christians. I got a newer easier email for y'all to send in stuff. despairandvideogames69@yahoo.com visit my subpar blog at pizer13.libsyn.com I hope this podcast finds you in good spirits or edible panties |
Mon, 11 February 2008
This podcast is a little about this and that with not toom much this or that. I have passed the 25 podcast milestone, so i am on a roll. I ramble about many things in this podcast. Do not expcet to be any smarter after listening to this weeks show. In fact you might take precautions to secure your intelligence first. The writers strike is over and Scott Baio is still 46 and pregnant. |
Mon, 28 January 2008
Once again this podcast is put out with low sound quality and poor edits, just the way I have come to enjoy podcasting. Not sure what this podcast is about, but at least it serves to make other podcasts look professional compared to mine. Priest talks about more useless gaming stories although spends too much time talking about things that in no way further your quest for gaming knowledge and insight. And remember everyone, Scott Baio is 46 and pregnant. |
Wed, 16 January 2008
Priest is back within a 3 week window. Hmm. We discuss the many new podcast i have been listening to and platform nation. We touch on racism in voice chat on xbox live. More of the same old crap, ya know low production value, poor sound quality and all the things we have cokme to love. And dont miss the new promo for Phillip Phelps CT emporium. I was sick as a dog when I put this out, but that only lends to the ever present drain circling that is Despair and Videogames

In this podcast we look at the decline in WOW interest. We go over some of the seasons biggest console hits. We poke fun at special interest groups in a constant attempt to revive political incorrectness, because if you can't laugh at other people then at whom can you laugh (especially those filthy Irish). We also go over another videogamers love life.

The all new improved version of D&V. As of #22 it is now almost exclusively devoted to World of Warcraft and other forms of gaming brain washing. Sorry for the format change but this will only last as long as things like this last. So.... Enjoy. I will get into the many other WOW podcast and introduce you to my favorites. Almost like WOW soup

Mon, 25 September 2006
Finally the 20th podcast is oot and aboot. Priest is going to be a father, O mah gawd! Reviews of Test Drive Ulimited, and Dead Rising. More songs than you can shake a dead catholic at. This has been a month in the coming. Sorry for the tardy podcast but it is with good reason. Priest also stuggles to make it to the Chicago Wii party hosted by El Mocco host of the Endangered gamemer podcast. And much much less. |
Mon, 7 August 2006
I rushed this dud-cast out. If it wasn't for people sending in segments, and me stealing bits of other shows, this would be the worst put together podcast yet. Have fun keeping the sound at an equal level. It is the most rushed podcast I have put out. Thanks go out to confusedcrib and shadowninja 0577. I promise to try and get the next one out in two weeks, hahaha. Who effein knows.

Another later than early podcast. This time we parody Gaming Uncensored, and look at new movies with Superman getting his penis removed. In porn talk we dive into swinging. Throw in a couple little johnny jokes and you got a podcast. Sound quality sucks as usual and lazy runs amuck. Enjoy |
Thu, 15 June 2006
Priest is off getting his life together or something stupid like that. Carlos had to put the podcast together, don't expect anything great. We don't. Audience of One Productions is collaborating with Larry Flynn Industries to create a line of XXX porn videogames. We got our first "bit" by a listener and we are very excited that this will be the begining of something less than O.K.
|
Fri, 26 May 2006
This week we enjoy the public humiliation of President Bush by way of Colbert. Priest goes to fantasy island to get his XXX porn videogame made. More of the dulcet voice of a french girl in her late teens. A bit more porn talk, and a review of X-men 3 the videogarbage. |
Thu, 18 May 2006
This podcast is out of order, both physically and mentaly. Brian Dead, lead singer for BRAIN FORREST writes and sings new theme song for D&V. We hash out the gamming aspect of hard porn and its place in our lives. Since I use a few soundbytes from other podcast, there is some actual intelligent game speak. That will never happen again on this podcast. Soak it up but don't get used to it.

Mon, 8 May 2006
We here at Despair and Videogames have decided that due to the crudeness and dark humor that runs rampant through this podcast, we will be giving written warning. If you are under 18, you should probably not listen to this podcast, it is not fully Kosher. This week I have put out a confusing podcast that is full of dark humor, so consider yourself warned. I also slam MLB2K a few more times and review guitar hero and masturbation. |
Tue, 2 May 2006
Priest admits he is a videogame addict and attends Videogame Addicts Anonymous in a federaly mandated public service announcement. More babble left over from the binge. Kingdom Hearts 2 fall apart at the end. You can still expect a low quality podcast that you have all come to know. We want your input send us your rants, chants and babbling. We are currently excepting applications in the idiocy department. |
Wed, 26 April 2006
This week we podcast from Amsterdam where Priest is hosting the dutch game show, Baked or Drunk. It's the game show that has only two answers, Baked, or drunk. Demographics have yielded results showing that our biggest audience, and group we will be targeting in this podcast are the drug addicts. Apparently Drug addicts make up over 90% of our listening audience. This podcast is as deprived of videogames as I was of sleep during the entire making of this podcast. There is more Despair than videogames this week. I would say about 95% Despair, and 5% Videogames. This is a binge cast. Created during a gaming binge that turned into a podcasting binge, which is going on right now. I must sleep, but can't. I know this monkey, and he loves to sit on my left shoulder. I am continually losing my sanity as sleep deprivation takes its hold on my ever deminishing faculties. |
Fri, 21 April 2006
A fortnight later #11 comes out. This podcast is rant laden. So, soak it in and join me in my angst. More undecipherable blathering of the videogame addict. Just like the story line to Kindom Hearts and Metal Gear Solid, this podcast makes no sense.
|
Fri, 7 April 2006
I'm back from the dead, but still a bit zombified. I have played more games in the past month then I ever have. Binge Binge Binge, and then Binge some more. I look forward to playing Prison Hospital Hijinx. This podcast is just as disjointed as ever, enjoy |
Wed, 22 February 2006
If it wasn't for videogames, being unemployed might get boring, haha. This podcast if by far the most offensive of the neuftette. I hope you are over 18, if you are listening. The contents of the podcast are meant to be taken as humor, and that is all. And, I guess a little bit of videogame opinion smattered throughout. I don't know what I am talking about. Where am I?
|
Sat, 11 February 2006
How can something so good, end up so rotten. This podcast emphasizes the despair aspect of the show. I am treading in life's quicksand with only an Xbox 360 to keep me afloat. And the original Xbox, and a PS2. Who am I kidding, -no job- equals more video games. Help me!, i'm sick and need someone to verify my self-pity. This podcast is made possible by the shear amount of hate I have for who I have become.
|
Tue, 7 February 2006
Warning geek alert. This is a long boring audio drivel of me trying to load FFXI onto the 360. The regular podcast will be out in a day or two
|
Thu, 26 January 2006
Low production value and tardy release time assure the listener more useless rants chants and reviews from lowest brow of the potty itself.
|
Mon, 9 January 2006
This podcast can be found stuck to the bottom of some drunken hipsters knockoff italian shoes. We scraped the bottom of the fish house barrel to bring you the absolute worst in presentation and content. Enjoy the show.
|
Mon, 26 December 2005
This podcast is held together with pounds of duct tape. I lost the origanal copy, and this is the angry podcast. If you are under 18, get your parents permission, cause I say some bad words.
|
Sun, 11 December 2005
D&V bi-monthly podcast has made it to #4. This calls for a party. Pocasting from deep inside the PSP, we bring you more rants, chants, poems, stories, and videogaming wherewithall. Enter the D&V zoo, and if you look closely, you can see the camels hump.
|
Mon, 28 November 2005
By far the worst podcast yet. Yielding the least amount of both effort and quality. Rants and depressed reviews, and peapod soup #2. SOCOM FTB or bust!!!
|
Mon, 14 November 2005
PodCasting from the top floor of the tower of babble on and on, this weeks show has more rants chants and reviews. Jamie Jordan gives us a guest spot about his current state of gaming ennui. And, I am about to join the non-nintendo revolution.
